A little background: I was looking to move to bigger place after living for a while in NYC. I wanted to buy a place in Greenwich that was close to the train station after renting for a year. Greenwich is awesome, by the way. I met Kaye after a listing of seeing a listing of hers. She immediately impressed me with her level of knowledge of the housing market in Greenwich. As a 26 year old, single female, I knew being a first time homebuyer would be difficult. Especially since my sounding board—my parents, are 2,500 miles away.
