Kaye Lewis’s experience, in and beyond the real estate industry, is nothing short of impressive. With over 25 years of experience exclusive to the Greenwich CT real estate market, she is regarded as one of the most sought after Realtors in Greenwich, Cos Cob, Riverside and Old Greenwich. An internationally recognized broker and a top producer since 1987, Kaye owned and managed her own local independent firm and previously managed several other Greenwich realty firms preceding her current post at Coldwell Banker Previews International in Greenwich.
Kaye excels through sharing her market knowledge, negotiation acumen and marketing expertise with her clients. Her customer base, which consists largely of loyal repeat clients and a strong referral network, demonstrates her ability to respond to a broad range of needs and expectations. She believes that any agent can list or show a home, but the broker who provides up-to-date pertinent information allows a client to make the right decisions. Kaye specializes in new luxury construction projects, as well as equestrian and waterfront properties.
As a wife, mother and professional, Kaye knows what Greenwich has to offer. While she is a native Texan, Kaye moved to Greenwich in the 1980’s. She can effortlessly introduce the town’s many benefits to others, sharing the knowledge of Greenwich’s great lifestyle, easy NYC commute and wonderful environment in which to raise children. Among her many community involvements, Kaye was the former president of the Old Greenwich/Riverside Newcomers Club (OGRCC).
Kaye lives with her husband, Jeff, along with their wonderful pets: two Bernese Mountain dogs, two cats and a Dutch Warmblood. A resolute foodie, Kaye loves to entertain and experiment with various cuisines. She and her family enjoy traveling together and have visited Brazil, China, France, Italy, Norway, Spain, Germany, Holland, and South Africa. Together they rode horses on a 100 mile equestrian trip through Provence and have sailed in Croatia and the British and US Virgin Islands. Kaye’s family also supports the Julliard School of Music through a vocal scholarship established over 20 years ago and have donated a vocal performance room, scheduled for completion in 2009, to be named the Loretta Varon Lewis Room for Kaye’s friend and mother-in-law, a noted coloratura sopranist opera singer.
